Tasting kit
In order to immediately appreciate the quality of our products, from Panaerese Group we send a sample taken from the batches that are shipped, so that we can immediately underestimate the high quality standards of our green coffee and our cocoa. We take it directly from the final batch first in this way the customer will be able to appreciate a finished product that respects the 4 certifications that we meticulously respect.
Contract
Once a commercial agreement has been reached, a contract is stipulated specifying all the characteristics that have written the lots that will be shipped:
- the quantity of green coffee and cocoa;
- humidity in the case of green coffee;
- the required quality standard (generally it is UGQ);
- the price;
- the method of payment (CIF or FOB);
- shipping data.
Shipping
For shipping both green coffee and cocoa, you use two types of containers:
– 20 “containing about 280 bags;
– 40 “which instead contain about 380 bags.
Our strength is also the flexibility with which to request to request the needs of customers in which, for example, shipments of lower requests are requested:
In fact, thanks to our structure, we are also able to ship 10 bags from our current points which are Italy and the United Kingdom.
Shipments from the ports of Colombia destined for European countries take place on a weekly basis, the transit time from the port of origin to the port of destination in Europe can be approximately 3 or 4 weeks.
To accompany the shipment we use a customs agent who carries out all the operations in the port of origin with extreme care and attention.
